The Frameworks Behind the Work
A framework only counts when it runs, when it is simply how the work gets done and no one needs a reminder to follow it. These are the frameworks I have built or led, and where each one runs today.
Each one answers the same three questions: is it written down, is it built into the system, and does it keep working when its designer is away?
