A framework only counts when it runs, when it is simply how the work gets done and no one needs a reminder to follow it.

Every Valse build since 2015 runs on ASAS, our own framework. The same thinking runs NagaCloud today, the all-in-one digital business platform we built in Malaysia.

Three Questions I Ask of Every Framework
A framework on paper depends on someone remembering to use it. A framework that runs is simply how the work gets done.

Is it written down, so someone else can follow it?
At Valse, nothing goes on our website without the proof behind it. Every claim has a line in a written register, with its source.

Is it built into the system, so it happens without a reminder?
New NagaCloud modules are generated from a written specification, the same way every time, whoever is building that day.

Does it keep working when the person who designed it is away?
Our AI tools work from written playbooks and handover notes, so the method stays the same from one day to the next.

One Chinese and one Malay, both about turning what we know into how we work.
The first is the standard. The second is how a framework reaches it: through repetition, until no one needs a reminder.
